Terms of Sale
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you confirm that you accept them.
1. Who we are
The shop Teez..me is run by [Registered business name] ([Sole proprietorship]), [Street 12], [105 63 Athens], Greece, VAT number [EL000000000], General Commercial Registry (GEMI) no. [000000000000].
Contact: [hello@teez.me] · [+30 210 000 0000]. Full details are in the Legal notice.
2. What we sell
We print designs that you create in our online designer (your images and/or text) on t-shirts and send them to you. Every tee is made to order, to your specifications.
Colours on screen and the preview on the tee are a close guide, not an exact match. Small differences in colour, position (a few millimetres) and size are normal for textile printing and are not a defect. Very small text, thin lines and low-resolution images may print less sharply — the designer warns you when an image is below the recommended resolution.
3. How the contract is made
Ordering takes four steps: (1) your design, (2) fit and size, (3) delivery details, (4) check and pay. Until you click "Place order" you can go back and correct anything with the Back button.
When you place an order you make a binding offer to buy. You receive an order number on screen and by email; this email confirms that we received your order. The contract is concluded when we accept the order, which we do by confirming your payment (status "Confirmed") or by starting production — whichever comes first.
We may decline an order, for example if the design breaks section 6 or the payment does not arrive. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
Contracts can be concluded in English or Greek. We store the details of your order and you can view them at any time on your personal order page (the link is in your confirmation email).
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT. The price of a white tee with one printed side starts at €16.00; coloured tees and printing on a second side cost extra. Shipping is €2.00 within Greece and €5.00 to other countries. The total, including shipping, is shown before you place your order.
Orders are prepaid by bank transfer. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment. Any bank charges for the transfer are paid by you.
If we do not receive your payment within [7] days of the order, we may cancel it. We do not start printing before the payment has arrived.
We issue a receipt or invoice for every order, as required by Greek tax law.
5. Production and delivery
We print within 2 working days after your payment arrives. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within Greece and [5–10] working days to other countries. These times are estimates; if we expect a longer delay we tell you, and you may then cancel and receive a full refund.
We ship to: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
For deliveries outside the European Union (Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom) import VAT, duties or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it is not collected, we can re-send it once you pay the shipping again. More details are on the Shipping & returns page.
6. Your design and uploaded content
You are responsible for the images and text you upload. By ordering you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them (copyright, trademarks, and the consent of people shown in photos), and that they are not unlawful.
We do not print content that infringes the rights of others, or that is hateful, discriminatory, violent, pornographic or otherwise unlawful. We may refuse or cancel such an order at any time; any amount already paid is refunded in full.
You keep all rights to your design. You allow us to store and use it only to produce, ship and support your order. We never publish your design or use it for advertising without asking you first.
If a third party makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded in breach of this section, you are responsible towards us, to the extent permitted by law.
7. No right of withdrawal for custom-made tees
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 3ιδ(γ) of Greek Law 2251/1994).
Every tee we sell is printed with your own design, so once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size. You confirm that you understand this when you place your order.
Until we have started printing, you can ask us to cancel by email; we will do our best to accommodate you and refund the full amount, but we cannot guarantee it.
This does not affect your rights if the tee is faulty or not what you ordered (see section 8).
8. Legal guarantee (faulty or wrong items)
You have the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity under Greek and EU law (Law 4967/2022, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771). We are responsible if the tee is defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or differs from what you ordered (for example a different colour, size or design than in your order).
Please tell us as soon as possible — ideally within [14] days of delivery — by emailing [hello@teez.me] with your order number and photos of the problem. Reporting quickly helps us resolve it fast, but does not shorten your legal rights.
We will reprint and send a new tee free of charge or, if that is not possible or you prefer, refund you. If we ask you to send the item back, we pay the return shipping.
Normal wear, damage from incorrect washing (please follow the care label), and the normal variations described in section 2 are not defects.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory consumer protection law. Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract, as far as the law permits.
10. Complaints and disputes
If something is not right, please contact us first at [hello@teez.me] — we answer every message and want to solve it with you.
If we cannot agree, consumers resident in Greece can turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), an independent alternative dispute resolution body. Consumers in other EU countries can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net, for Greece: www.eccgreece.gr).
You can of course also go to court.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. Courts of your place of residence remain competent for consumers.
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms for future orders; the version accepted when you ordered applies to your order.
