Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process

• Order and contact details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address (street, city, postcode, country).
• Your design: the images you upload (including the original files), text you add, and the settings of your tee (colour, fit, size).
• Order history: order number, status updates, payment status, tracking number and emails we sent you about the order.
• Payment information: we do not process card data. When you pay by bank transfer, we see the name of the account holder, the amount and the reference on our bank statement.
• Messages you send us by email or phone.
• Technical data: your IP address is processed briefly in our server's memory to protect the site against abuse (for example limiting the number of uploads or login attempts); it is not stored in our database. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security.

Images you upload may show other people. Please only upload photos of people who agree to it.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To produce, ship and support your order and to send you emails about it (order confirmation, status updates, tracking) — performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To keep invoices and accounting records — legal obligation under Greek tax law, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• To keep the shop secure and prevent abuse, spam and fraud — our legitimate interest in running a safe service, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• To handle complaints, warranty claims and legal claims — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

We do not send marketing emails and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who receives your data

We share data only where it is necessary for the purposes above:

• Hosting: [Hosting provider, e.g. Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany)] stores our website, database and uploaded files on our behalf.
• Email: [Email delivery provider, e.g. Resend (USA) or your mail host] delivers our order emails on our behalf.
• Couriers ([ELTA Courier / ACS / DHL]): your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so they can deliver the parcel and contact you about it.
• Our bank, which processes your transfer.
• Our accountant and the tax authorities, as required by law.

Our service providers process data only on our instructions under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the USA). In that case the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or by the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

• Images uploaded in the designer that never become part of an order are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Uploaded images and print files of an order are kept for 6 months after delivery, so we can handle reprints and warranty claims, and then deleted.
• Order details and invoices are kept for [5] years after the end of the tax year, as required by Greek tax law, and longer only if needed for an ongoing legal claim.
• Access logs at our hosting provider are kept for up to [14] days.

7. Cookies and storage on your device

We only use storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work, so no consent banner is needed:

tz_lang (cookie)

Remembers the language you chose. Kept for 1 year.

tz_draft_v1 (local storage)

Keeps your unfinished design and delivery details in your own browser, so you don't lose your work if you close the page. It is never sent to us until you place the order, and it is cleared when you do. You can delete it any time by clearing your browser data.

tz_admin (cookie)

Session cookie for the shop owner's login only. Not set for customers.

We use no analytics, advertising or social media tracking. Fonts are served from our own server.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data erased, unless we must keep it by law (for example invoices);
• restrict how we use your data;
• receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

To use any of these rights, email [hello@teez.me], ideally with your order number. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias Ave. 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr) or the data protection authority of your EU country.

9. Children

Our shop is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
